Privacy Office and information collected
x-ave Corporation is accountable for its privacy practices. The Privacy Office can be reached at support@x-ave.co. x-ave may collect account and service details; public lead and open-house details; Secure Workspace access and document metadata; limited Renter Check request, consent, and status metadata; and essential security, log, error, and optional consent-gated analytics information.
Public leads, workspaces, and Credit Check
A public tool or open-house form can collect the requested contact and interaction details plus an acknowledgement of the Terms and Privacy Policy. Any optional marketing choice is separate from the requested service. An assigned agent or brokerage may receive the lead context for the requested real-estate follow-up. Secure Workspace documents are limited to the assigned agent and client after each verifies an invited email. For Credit Check, we process the selected payment role and limited request administration data. An independent screening provider identified in the renter’s hosted workflow collects screening information directly from the renter only after the renter’s affirmative decision and payment from the selected payer. Before screening begins, the renter may separately authorize the named requesting agent to receive an email-verified provider PDF link after completion. x-ave does not persist reports, PDFs, scores, raw claims, identity documents, bank information, or raw provider responses.
Use, sharing, and roles
x-ave uses information to provide requested features, reports, accounts, billing, security, support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and aggregated or de-identified improvement. We do not sell personal information, create advertising audiences from it, or use personal content to train or fine-tune x-ave or third-party general-purpose models. We use service providers by category, including cloud hosting, secure storage, content delivery, payment processing, email, optional analytics, mapping or property data, AI or automation, and identity or screening services where a feature is chosen or authorized. Providers must use information only to provide services to x-ave and not for their own independent purposes, except where law permits otherwise. An agent or brokerage using a branded page remains responsible for its own client relationship, privacy notice, and lawful follow-up.
Where information is processed and how we protect it
x-ave is a Canadian company and uses cloud infrastructure in the United States and Singapore. Feature providers may process information in other jurisdictions. Information may be subject to local laws and lawful authority access; x-ave remains accountable for provider transfers and uses contractual or other safeguards intended to provide comparable protection. We use access controls, verified-email access, encrypted workspace storage, time-limited access, and operational records. Renter Check requests expire after 30 days subject to permitted legal, payment, security, and dispute retention. Secure Workspace files have 30-day availability with up to two verified client-approved extensions; expiry revokes future x-ave access but cannot erase a lawful local download.
Rights, marketing, cookies, incidents, and contact
Subject to applicable law, you can ask to access or correct information x-ave controls, withdraw optional consent, request deletion or an available export, or raise a concern at support@x-ave.co. We respond within 30 days or explain an allowed extension or limit. Essential service communications are separate from optional marketing, which has a working unsubscribe route. Essential cookies support sign-in and security; optional analytics loads only after consent. We assess, contain, document, and report or notify privacy incidents where required by law. x-ave is not directed to children under 18.
